Email lofo@crashcam.app. It's one person, so replies may take a few days. Include your phone model, iOS version, what happened, and a screenshot if you can.
Who can watch my clips? Only you, in the app, and anyone you show clips you've saved to your photo library.
Why did a clip disappear? Without a subscription, crashcloud clips are deleted after 72 hours. Subscribe, or keep clips on your phone, to keep them.
I deleted the app. Can I get my clips back? No. There is no account, so nothing links a new install to old clips.
How do I cancel my subscription? Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions, then crashcam, then Cancel Subscription.
